A name, phone number, or address entered in a search form is sent to the outside provider that supplies those results. Our servers do not retain a copy of that query. When you contact us, we receive the details included in your message and use them to answer.

Standard hosting logs may record an IP address, browser type, requested page, and timestamp. We review combined traffic data to maintain the service and understand page use. Cookies or comparable tools may support basic analytics and advertising measurement where applicable.

Privacy on Linked Services
Links lead to Bibb County and Georgia portals, library and archive collections, and outside search services. Each destination applies its own privacy terms to information submitted there. Sponsored results also come from a third party and are governed by that provider's policy.
